Current best timing is ~ 0.5 sec per object with ~1000 chains.

Ideas:

NUTS initialization
SBI (or just SBI)
Barker (explore timing and sample efficiency with barker proposal #1)
CHEES-MC (explore timing and sample efficiency with chees-hmc #2)
Generalized HMC (paper)
