[Bug] Does not show apps in start menu.

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

1. Install MagiskOnWSALocal
2. move old data to new
3. Old apps from old data do not show in start menu and need to open WSA android settings to find and open

Expected behaviour/预期行为

Have WSA recognise the old apps and add them to start menu

Actual behaviour/实际行为

WSA does not detect them at all
