Note for non-LCO TOM developers: This is a deployment issue in the LCO-specific helm-chart that we use to deploy the demonstration TOM (tom-demo) to the LCO AWS cluster. Since TOM deployments are specific to the deploying organization, this issue may not be relevant outside of LCO.

We should add an S3 bucket for TOM Demo. Currently we do not have any data directory configured for storing Data Products.

The hope is to use django.core.files.storage (docs) according to django-storages (GitHub, ReadTheDocs, PyPI), the third-party package that Jamie's solution references.
