The technology matrix is not square

Hi!
I would like to kindly ask for your advice on this situation. I got an error that the technology matrix is not square and I tried to solve it by re-doing the processes, changing the inputs, creating new databases, but nothing worked.
The terminal is showing me the error in the attached photo.

I would highly appreciate it if someone can help me solve this!
