We still have bugs in OC-EMBEDDEDNESS and CALC-DEGREE-CORRECTION-FOR-BOSSES

The run of v0.9 had error like:

Run #6, RUNTIME ERROR: Division by zero.
error while person 457 running /
  called by procedure OC-EMBEDDEDNESS
  called by procedure MAKE-HISTO (/home/mario/GitHub/PROTON-OC/nls_files/experiments.nls)

the error was repeated 6 times.

In general, there were 224 errors in the run; the other affected routines is CALC-DEGREE-CORRECTION-FOR-BOSSES.

My opinion is that these errors are due to a very specific, and rare, configuration, as they only appear in two specific runs (#6, #14).
