Dynamic zoom on tile map

When loading the dashboard, we always start with a map showing the complete world.
I'd like to have a new option to dynamically zoom into the map based on the data points.

For example, if all my data points are in Belgium, then, when the dashboards appears, this new "dynamically zoom" should automatically zoom-in on the map to only show Belgium.

Here is the current state of the "in development" feature (this is not included in any release):

• 80% of the time, it does not zoom
• 15% of the time, it zooms on a wrong location
• 5% of the time, it zooms on the correct location and then it's stucks: no way to move the window anymore.
