when selecting a rectangle on a heatmap (openStreetMap) the selection is not perfect: some points are still displayed outside the selected area.

Another issue found:
Subsequent filters not applied correctly. If we perform the following steps:

1. Filter on a rectangle
2. Invert the filter
3. Filter on a rectangle in order to select points that are part of the inverted selection just done.

Then step (3) still is applied as an inverted filter ("must_not" filter condition in the request) instead of being applied as a direct filter ("must" filter condition in the request) as seen in the following screenshot.

This happens regardless of the display option (e.g. heatmap, points, etc.)
