Fix some sources

Fix:

• Can't access to BlogTruyen after 7.4.2 Update: Cannot find "section.list-mainpage.listview" (7.4.1 still works)
• Split BlogTruyen into 2 sources (ID Manga diffs)
• Add new NetTruyen domain / parser

For BlogTruyenParser there must be a problem with Kotasu which doesn't take the useragent set in the parameters correctly, because the one set as the default must be the right one for it to work.

Have you tested the new NetTruyen url as I don't think it works with its settings.

@Koitharu @davvarrr all fixed (tested with Kotatsu v7.4.1), can merge now
