Coin control feature for fine control of inputs to a transaction

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you receive 100s of small transactions to your address in Komodo Wallet for a utxo coin, for example from mining pool payouts, a send transaction with a "normal amount" of coins could be rejected. This is because, the size of the transaction in kb becomes huge because of all the input transactions necessary and the transaction gets rejected by the SPV servers because of its size.

Describe the solution you'd like
If we have coin control features, a user can select the utxos they want to spend in a transaction based on value and transaction size.

Additional context
As I understand it, this needs an update to RPCs available from the Komodo DeFi Framework, but creating an issue here as a first step and to understand requirements
