Add the choose image popup for actors

I was just wondering would it be possible to implement the choose image popup for actor images so you can just paste the url in for an actor if the actor image is blank like you can choose an image for any of the other itmes like thumbnail, poster, exctera and it will search the 2 sites fanart.tv, tmdb or tvdb but for actor images it will show the default actor image then you can paste the url of an actor image and you can download it that way.
Since i noticeed if ou paste a image url it will download that image from the internet would it be possible to do the same for actors as well. Since i dotn think be any extra coding or anything thanks in advance.
