Select individual questions...

On the Select Categories page of the Explorer, can we remove the icons in front of each of the questions under "Select individual questions..." this is a minor fix, but would be great to do if it's easy.

Also under "Select individual questions..." none of the citizen participation questions show up. Can you add them? I'm not sure how...

Also can each of the questions that appear in multiple categories be listed in each category? Right now, they are in one or the other, but would be awesome if they were in both.

This is tiny (and sorry for all the changes!) but is it possible to make the "Explore" button on the Select Categories pop-up the same blue color as the other buttons? It's green right now.

The questions appear in the first category (only) as set in the google table (and there is none with Citizen participation as the first category)
