Trickle the changes in parameters/inputs/outputs from component type to existing components

When changing a parameter/input/output in a component type that already has existing components, trickle down the changes. For instance, if adding a parameter to the component type spectral, make sure it's added to the MTM, LS,. WWZ...

In the process, update the run.sh for the added parameters.
