Allow filtering in hypothesis

Now that we have incorporated more metadata in the wiki, we should have a way to filter out additional properties, such as mean/max age, ethnic group, etc.

We will need to discuss the filters in details, but this is something that could be easily added to the LOI query for retrieving data. What we need to think better is a way of showing this in the UI.
