Here are some features that I believe would be beneficial to include, going to start with the most essential to me:

ESSENTIAL

• Video search and recommendations: A subsystem for finding and opening new videos can be created.
• Playlist creation: Creating a queue allows you to plan out the videos you want to view first.
• Emojis and reactions: Emojis appearing as particles on other viewers' screens when clicked outside of the chat can enhance interaction.
• Voice and video calling: To avoid dependence on third-party applications such as Discord, built-in voice or video call capabilities can be offered.

IMPORTANT

• Background/theme options: The page can be customized with a variety of theme options.
• Public and private rooms: When opening, the room can be specified as public or private. Those who wish can participate in active public rooms. The person who created the room (host) can delegate cohost authority to others if they so wishes.
• User profiles: Users may be given the option of creating a profile that reflects their own personalities.

TRIVIAL

• Video thumbnails: Youtube URLs posted in conversation are displayed as thumbnails, with the title and duration visible without having to open them.
• Polls and surveys: In large rooms, a survey system might be introduced and used to select the next film or for other purposes.
• Multi-language support: Internationalization for other languages can be enabled to reach a bigger audience.
• Gamification: By awarding different badges and ranks to users, you may boost their consistency and loyalty.
