Description

After a while, the GitHub Action, has to become more sophisticated.

Proposed Solution

A common file that most projects seems to use (look into this):
https://github.com/dora-rs/dora/blob/main/.github/workflows/ci.yml

Maybe get some help from a rust library developer (?)

If solved, issue #17 is then also relevant to look at. It is about making release better.
