Signing using signWin.js script: failed: Error: Command failed: smctl sign --fingerprint="***" --input "D:\a\modeling-app\modeling-app\out\__uninstaller-nsis-zoo-modeling-app.exe"

This happened between v27 and v28. Cannot reproduce on v27, shows verified publisher

v0.27.0...v0.28.0#diff-522ae163e12dad85c62f150dfabcdb30e90e96baca0a54d16c69ac4532c15fcaR167 shows no env var change during the change to the new build process

None of the recent nightly builds have the failure in the logs https://github.com/KittyCAD/modeling-app/actions?query=event%3Aschedule

Latest nightly build (v24.11.26) runs well on windows
