I can't get the circularized plastome complete genome

Dear Dr. Jin,

Hope you are doing well. I am contacting you because I have 4 samples and tried many parameter as FAQ page mentioned but I can't get the circularized complete genome.

1. First sample (WM1782412A01)
   WM1782412A01.get_org.log.txt
   
2. Second sample (WM1782412A02)
   WM1782412A02.get_org.log.txt
   
3. Third sample (WM1792412A01)
   WM1792412A01.get_org.log.txt
   
4. Forth sample (WM1792412A02)
   WM1792412A02.get_org.log.txt
   

As you can see, only the third sample result 1 contig but it not circularized. The others are so many contigs. Can you help me to improve my result.
