[Feature Request] Non-hover datalabels for all charts

In excel this is called "Data Labels", and they are placed near the data point on the graph.

Do you think this would be a good addition? I know it would clutter up the graph just a little bit, but on large graphs with few data points it would increase the speed at which you can evaluate what the graph is telling you.
