Add repository shield generation

We want an API endpoint to generate a shield svg to represent the number of achievements received on a single repository

Some resources:

• shields.io
• badge-maker (the package released by shields.io to generate the shield)

we want to generate a shield with an icon, showing the word "Achievements" and on the right, the total number of achievements

Phase II

Create a bigger svg to show

• total achievements
• Latest 3-5 achievements and who received them
