Thanks for the report.

  1. Do you get the same issue on another platform, or only on Linux?
    (I'm afraid this might be a Unity Shader Graph bug on Linux)

  2. Can you please attach a unitypackage or other means to reproduce the concrete issue you're having?

No problem,

1 No errors, I tested it on my windows machine and no issues, I am deploying off my linux server so that's the issue.

  1. Unfortunately I had to remove the package until there's a fix, but I just had a model in a empty project to test and it wouldn't build.

Another thing, when removing the package it's also removing my newtonsoft package so I had to update that, don't know if that's supposed to be in one of your removal dependencies.
