Failed to Pair. Code 1244 (Wii Remote)

Same happens in each program.
I just tried to connect it with Dolphin Emulator and it connected. That means that both apps have an issue with connecting.

I have the same issue.
Here is the solution to this that worked for me:

1. Find the Bluetooth icon on your task bar.
2. Right click and "Join a Personal Area Network"
3. Force connect your WiiU Pro controller using this tool, you can by-pass the "Pin Code" requirements with this software
4. The Pro Controller should have the 4 blue lights flashing constantly this indicates it is "connected."
5. It now should be discoverable on the WiinUPro Devices bar.

I have Wii Remote. And when i clicked the button from second step i got text that says that nothing was found. I just use Dolphin instead.
