Enable GitHub Pages for Documentation Website

Description

I could enhance the accessibility & presentation of the documentation by enabling GitHub Pages for the repository. This will allow the docs/ directory to be turned into a hosted website, making it easier for users to browse & navigate the documentation.

Benefits
