As a salon owner I can input and save treatments we offer by category

Describe the solution you'd like

As a salon owner, I can create a treatment called "Laser hair removal" , and then
add additional subcategory (to a maximum depth of 1) e.g.

Laser Hair removal 
  - legs
  - ears
  - back
  - full body

Describe alternatives you've considered
A top level with no sub categories.

Additional context

Not store the availability yet.
