Hi, I stmbled upon a problem, that variant which falls into tRNA gene do not get prioretisation above other "non coding" variants
rs199474657 for example
it is a SNP in a gene MT-TL1 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/snp/rs199474657)
but in the "Gene" column there is MT-TI, and it seems that because of "noncoding" nature of all variants in "ALL_mapping filed" correct gene does not get prioretisation.
Best, Eugene
