Installation Trouble

Having trouble installing AdamantineShield into my server, wish there was a youtube video or better tutorial for it. On the release page it has 4 assets, not sure if i i have to download all 4 or what. I downloaded the first one(AdamantineShield-0.4.1-nohoppers.jar) and the first source code (Source code (zip)). They are installed on my server, didnt recieve any issues in the console starting up. However i try to use the commands and it says there are no such commands, I use luckperms and tried adding adamantineshield.* to the list for permissions and even that doesnt come up with anything. So im not sure on how to enable the commands or if im messing up the installation. @Karanum
