Only new thing I added was AdamantineShield, and it looks like something with hoppers is crashing me, so I assume this would be causing it. Using the AdamantineShield .0.4.1 , Forge 2611, Sponge 2990.

This seems like a Sponge thing, but I never ran into that issue when I tested with 2990. I uploaded a special version that has the hopper logging removed. You can find it under Releases. Alternatively, if you're willing to update beyond the recommended version, you could get the latest SF (3025 I think?) where the entire hopper situation should be fixed.

Anyway, let me know if that fixes it for you.

Okay, thank you for that. I just received this crash as well, unsure if it's related. But I wasn't crashing until I installed this most recent version, so figured I should send this https://pastebin.com/iQ13JMsp
I will update to the new plugin, I'd prefer not to go to a non-recommended sponge, had several issues in the past with doing so :(
