Smart plug consumption sensor "state is not strictly increasing" in HA

Sorry if this is not the proper repo. But I have the same issue as mentioned here home-assistant/core#78470. That issue was however closed and locked so I am not sure if I should create a new identical issue there or in deconz repo. Trying here first.

Issue happens with several Innr SP 120 plugs around a couple of times per week. I am not doing anything actively to provoke it. They are just sitting there controlling the power so to speak.
HA 2022.12.8 and deCONZ 2.19.03

Hello! That shouldn't happen as the power metering should be strictly increasing until the device is removed from the system
