Hi
Sorry if this is not the proper repo. But I have the same issue as mentioned here home-assistant/core#78470. That issue was however closed and locked so I am not sure if I should create a new identical issue there or in deconz repo. Trying here first.
Also ref. HA forum thread https://community.home-assistant.io/t/deconz-official-thread/100504/3433?u=sand

Issue happens with several Innr SP 120 plugs around a couple of times per week. I am not doing anything actively to provoke it. They are just sitting there controlling the power so to speak.
HA 2022.12.8 and deCONZ 2.19.03
Example from my own HA log:

2023-01-21 00:05:14.361 WARNING (Recorder) [homeassistant.components.sensor.recorder] Entity sensor.plug_35_consumption from integration deconz has state class total_increasing, but its state is not strictly increasing. Triggered by state 11.97 (11.98) with last_updated set to 2023-01-20T23:00:01.751471+00:00. Please create a bug report at https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+label%3A%22integration%3A+deconz%22

Hello! That shouldn't happen as the power metering should be strictly increasing until the device is removed from the system
