we getting 2024-11-08T10:40:20.214536512Z WARN kalatori::chain::tracker: account fetch error: BalanceNotFound

its unclear if we just noisy about assets not arriving to accounts or its really a problem. anyway need to check where it coming from, in case its just noise consider removing this log or at least lower it to info lvl
