Scroll behaviour on Track view

I neede help figuring out that the way to scroll/pan in the track view was by using the right mouse click. Maybe this needs to be better documentd or changed to a regular scroll up/down, left/right behaviour, or potentially even enabling toggling between both.

I second that and suggest to switch to something like:

• mousewheel for scrolling up and down
• shift and mousewheel for scrolling left and right
• ctrl and mousewheel for zooming

Right now it is possible to navigate in each window using the right mouse. I am pretty sure that this interaction was chosen, because then it works like in the patcher (which makes sense), but there are two main issues.

• When releasing the right mouse outside of the bounds of the area, the release event is not detected - Mouse events are not detected outside of the bounds of editors #285
• The scroll area is not clamped to the bounds of the visible elements, so even when there are not enough timeline tracks to fill up the space, everything can be moved out of the visible area - Prevent moving the timeline in y direction #262
