Hard to tell if bug or just luck of the RNG, but it seems fishy.
XLR11-rm-5, 0 du. continuous rated time 300s (13h MTBF), cumulative rated time 3600s

Tested with Infinite Propellant enabled: after 300s of burn, MTBF starts dropping as expected. It stops dropping at 750s of burn, and stays at 514s MTBF from that point on.

test 1 gots a performance loss after ~1550s; test 2 got a performance loss after ~1440s; test 3 got an engine shutdown after 1364s. Even for a 514s MTBF, this seems too good.
