Neptune color has not been updated

Neptune's color was determined some time ago to be very similar to Uranus's color. However, in RSS (as installed by the RO Express Install on CKAN), Neptune is still the purplish dark blue that was commonly known before that announcement (at least in the Tracking Station, I have not sent a vessel to Neptune to check its in-flight appearance).
