I've noticed it first from Titan's weird inclination compared to other inner moons ,then from unusually low precision of inclination data in config

Now I know, an issue of ring alignment.
The "imprecise" values are inclination relative to equator.
This is not a problem for Principia at all;
and for RSS-2body, the tiltem version will solve most things (only limitations are bugs from tiltem itself)
