Some celestial bodies have weird textures on their surfaces #217

These weird texture seem to appear randomly on any celestial bodies, and reinstalling RSS and RSS Texture has not improved anything.

KSP 1.8.1
Kopernicus 1.8.1.1
RSS 18.1.3
RSS-Textures 18.3 (4096 or 16384)

I suspect that the issue is with the terrain shader because I've seen that issue in stock KSP as well but just in a bit less noticeable way.

Would you be able to test this in a 1.9.1 install? In any case, this should probably be reported to kopernicus devs since it's either a stock or kop issue.
