[Bug]You CAN actually launch 2 rockets in 1 pad in 10 minutes #2460

make 2 rockets
rollout and launch 1st rocket while not really launching it(removed from KCT system)
while focused on 1st rocket, open KCT window to roll out the second rocket
stay on pad and rely on launch clamp life support
2nd rocket finished roll out, launch 1st rocket to orbit
launch 2nd rocket.
You can launch 2 rocket without cooldown this way to catch windows.Was it concidered a bug?

Definitely a bug. Not sure why it works, KCT should be aware the rocket is still on the pad? (at least you can still roll back the rocket after you go into the flight scene). Someone else might need to look at this.
