Remove CST-100

The current CST-100 model in ROCapsules isn't very good, and is kinda buggy too. The Boring Crew Services CST-100 model looks much better. Since Boring Crew Services is a standalone mod, there's no need to steal the parts for our own use. Once it is fully released and patched to work with RO, the inferior ROCapsules CST-100 should be removed and BCS recommended instead.
