While we're sprinkling parts around the tree, we need to think about balance. We need both playtesting, part placement, and costing.

I did the math, and made it so that to get to N1 and Saturn 5 cost about the same, we should prob. do that for buran/sts, ppts/orion, ect.

I'm also concerned about what science you can get from the parts. I just threw around a bunch of parts, and I have no idea how the balance works out.
