Separate orbital data from vessel data

When a vessel is loaded, orbital data should not be tied directly to it. This will allow for orbital data updates to occur independently of craft data updates rather than being tied directly to them as they are right now, and will prevent the craft name in the menu from being bolded so often when nothing obvious has changed
