In the README it's said that the archive contains all extensions but I see only a few.

JFYI: it looks like some old extensions for Thunderbird can be downloaded by a direct link like this:
https://addons.thunderbird.net/thunderbird/downloads/latest/key-manager/addon-4471-latest.xpi
