Скорость загрузки видео не превышает 1,35 Мбит/с, при этом скорость загрузки при просмотре обычно в 10-100 раз выше (20-40Мбит/с+). Браузер последний Chrome.

English:
Video download speed is no more than 1.35 Mbit/s, while the download speed during viewing is usually 10-100 times higher. The browser is the latest Chrome.
