A solution to this is playing in borderless windowed mode. It looks full screen but you can alt-tab without League minimizing.

全屏游戏。有什么办法吗？特博恩

在游戏的设置里，把游戏设置为窗口化就可以使插件悬浮在游戏上方了
In the game settings, setting the game to window will allow the plugin to float above the game.
