A couple ways to tackle this, the current file is bulky to say the least. Best would be import from POB/pastebin links but thats a good bit more work than it looks like you are going for here, but just a better gems file would be a great start. No reason to have to add vendor names since it can be inferred off an index, and same goes for level since you can just go by vendor access- maybe import http://poegems.js.org/#gem-guide-text

I tried importing from PoB/pastebin awhile ago, but the files are Base64 encoded and I couldn't get them to decode in AutoHotkey correctly. I have however, now added a GUI for adding your gems. It's still manual, but a lot easier. Give it a try and let me know how it feels.
