Window state not getting saved correctly

Describe the bug
When you resize and move the app window around it gets saved thanks to the persist_window option in eframe
But when you maximize the window it doesn't get saved and the next time you open the app its in a weird state

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the application
2. Click on the maximize button to maximize the window
3. Close the app and Reopen
4. The window state will be off

Expected behavior
The window should be maximized if the last state was maximized.
