When I install it

Sharrre is not a wordpress plugin, it's a javascript library designed to display social media buttons. If you want a wordpress plugin using Sharrre you can look at https://github.com/paulund/sharrre-wordpress-plugin or https://github.com/DerekMarcinyshyn/wp-sharrre.
