  • adds examples and step-by-step instructions to guide analysts through estimating a network with phyLiNC (phylogenetic Likelihood Network from Concatenated data)
  • describes how to select an evolutionary model, group multiple samples or individuals, and run phyLiNC in parallel
  • adds phyLiNC to the list of exported functions
