Doesn't work with Visual Studio Code installed via Flatpak

I guess we don't look for the Flatpak variant yet. Perhaps it'd suffice to add the desktop file of the flatpak variant to this array, but I guess flatpak's sandboxing also changes the path of the configuration directory.

That said I do not use VSCode Flatpak and won't add this myself; a pull request however is most welcome. You'll need to push through this on your own however; I'm sorry to say that while I am happy to review a pull request I do not have the time to assist in making one.
