Send Seeds to invited users

Create an interface for sending Seeds (for example - as a reward) directly to the users who have successfully registered through an Invite Event

1. Add button "Send Seeds" in the invites list.
2. Input the amount of Seeds sent, generate QR Code, sign the QR code with wallet.
3. Log the amount of Seeds created.

This can enable sending of rewards as an after-step after a person has been invited and verified. This will limit the potential for abusing the Seeds-reward-as-part-of-an-invite mechanism.
