We need better documentation.

README.md should point to docs not try to be the docs
How to set up the AWS/boto part so you can ./ansible-ec2 ping.yml successfully
How to install a new set of servers
Troubleshooting
- Restarting a brick
- Healing
  - Watching pending heal count
  - Fixing entry split-brain
