Cannot download from Quotev #1131

I keep getting an error when trying to download stories from Quotev.

Looks like the use_cloudscraper:true in defaults.ini is no longer sufficient for that site.

It worked for me for my usual test story with use_flaresolverr_proxy:true. See ProxyFeatures.
