Group by Class/Package shows bugs for other class/package #1628

Hello,

when I use Group by Class I can see bugs for other class under selected class.
Expected:
only bugs concerning specific class should be displayed

Example on attached screenshot:
CustomerController class is selected in Spotbugs plugin but in the group we can see bugs from other classes,
also folders are duplicated.
