Session: Make session specific settings

Session: Make session-specific settings, which will be saved into the session as an additional mechanism of current global browser settings.

E.g. It will allow users to open BAM files with only coverage track w/o detailed information by default. So other sessions will not be affected and will allow to open BAM with detailed reads info as default.
